Poem – Hang On

HANG ON

When the dream you chased for years

Fades away and disappears, Hang on.

If the whole world thinks you’re wrong

And you feel you don’t belong, Hang on.

If a loved one goes away

And you can’t face another day, Hang on.

When they rain on your parade

Destroy all you ever made, Hang on.

When your last ounce of courage is gone

And you feel you can ‘t go on, Hang on.

If the road to your goal hits a dead end

And you can’t even trust a friend, Hang on.

If you can handle all of this mess

You will win and meet success

Because you had the will to, Hang on.
