Thank you, Lord, for all the things you did for me

Thank you, Lord, for setting my soul free

When the darkness closes in

You forgive my every sin

All through the day, I stop to pray

And thank you Lord, praise you Lord

When I was lost you took my hand

Opened my heart to understand

Showed me the way

All I can say

Is thank you Lord, praise you Lord

Thank you, Lord, for coming into my life

For your strength through hardship and strife

When I’m taken by despair, you are always there

To ease the pain

So, once again

I thank you Lord, praise you Lord

You gave your life on Calvary

So, I could spend eternity

At your side, for which you died

I thank you Lord, praise you Lord

I thank you Lord, I praise you Lord, I thank you Lord
